January 22

The Jacksons began another world tour to promote their “Destiny” album. The world tour was from Bremen, then France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Kenya, the UK and the United States.

Mayor Tom Bradley announced that to celebrate “Jackson Day” ,for his or her golden and platinum album sales of the album’s success.

The very first single “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” of “Off The Wall” was released

August

Album “Off The Wall” was released, which produced four Top 10 hits

October

The Jacksons began a new world tour for that title “Destiny”. First stop was New Orleans. In that 2 yrs, they may be found in the 80 cities.

“Don’t Stop ‘Til You receive Enough” boarded the U.S. singles chart champion.

November 29

“Don’t Stop ‘Til You receive Enough” was certified because the golden album.

December 10

“Don’t Stop ‘Til You receive Enough”was certified because the golden and platinum album.
